what is this?

this blog is a reaction to the increasing toxicity of social media and its manipulative dopamine release strategies for cultivating user engagement. it is a concerted personal effort to slow down and produce content for a core audience of one and a tertiary audience of few — content not created for the purpose of a “like,” but for the purpose of experimenting, learning, and receiving feedback. this blog will push me to become a better version of myself in three key aspects of the human experience: past, present, and future. each post, much like each thought in my head, should be used to reflect on past progress, future success, or — most importantly — to simply be accountable to the present moment.
